We hosted our first ever dance class- here's how it went…

Move Dance hosted our first ever dance class with MM Jazz..yep you heard right! We teamed up with the amazing MM Jazz twins to bring our community of dancers together for an hour of jazz  joy! Keep reading to see how it went…

The venue

When thinking of where to host our dance class it had to be Studio 25! Right in the heart of Manchester home to the amazing Shockout, it was a no brainer. Our studio had large windows which brought in a lovely natural light, setting the stage for the perfect dance class. We even put our Move Dance logo on the mirrors for that extra Move Dance touch.

What MM Jazz wore

Of course the dress code had to be Move Dance. Teaching in style Martinez from MM Jazz absolutely rocked the Move Dance Stefani Catsuit from our very popular Endurance collection. Other Move Dance moments were from Saskia, our social media executive who wore the Celeste Leotard from our super cool & edgy Euphoria collection paired with our Move Dance Layered Shorts. Our Dance shoes certainly made an appearance too, with many of the dancers wearing our Move Dance Pippin Character Shoe 3

The routine

MM Jazz twins always deliver and they certainly did not disappoint! Funky, fun and fast is how we would describe their class! Right from the moment we started in the warm up Matinez had us moving and grooving but don't worry she did not ignore dance technique! Putting the dancers through their paces with some technical centre practice, we focused on develops, plies and footwork. Finishing off the class with a bang with a fabulous jazz routine!

We absolutely LOVED bringing our dance community together, it was amazing seeing all you wonderful dancers doing what you do best!  Make sure to keep your eyes peeled for the next..
