World Ballet Day 2019 - What’s On?

By Move Dance on 21st Oct 2019

The countdown is on! Next week, Wednesday 23rd October 2019, is the annual World Ballet Day. Dancers from across the globe will come together for a day to celebrate the love they share for ballet. The theme of this year's World Ballet Day is Everybody Can Dance, supporting inclusion in the industry and starting conversations on mental health in dance.

No matter where you are in the world, you can join the thousands of other ballet lovers and see an insight into what life’s like behind the scenes at leading dance companies such as The Royal Ballet, The Australian Ballet and Bolshoi Ballet. 31 dance companies from six continents will join forces in the name of dance for World Ballet Day.
