    What is World Ballet Day?

World Ballet Day is back for it’s 5th consecutive year on 2 October 2018! The 20 hour stream has already begun, so don’t miss this massive celebration of the beautiful art form that is ballet! World Ballet Day 2018 takes you behind the scenes of some of the world’s best ballet companies, giving you an insight into their warm-up routines, rehearsals and glimpses of their awe-inspiring choreography. The Australian Ballet are kicking off today’s exciting behind the scenes footage for you dedicated ballet fans who fancy watching a recital late-night (UK time). Bolshoi Theatre of Russia are then taking the ballet baton, treating us to their warm-up routine. beginning the day. Royal Opera House live streaming from 12pm, bringing World Ballet Day back to England. You’ll most likely be too stunned by the gorgeous and impeccable ballet dancing to dance along, but see if you can pick up some tips for improvement on your ballet technique from some of the world’s best whilst watching.
