If you require goods for a specific date, we strongly recommend you select a Priority or Special Delivery method. In the event of a problem, for Standard deliveries we have to allow up to 10 working days for UK delivery, and up to 15 working days for German, French, and all other EU destinations before we can consider a parcel to be missing and we can act upon it. Please be aware the maximum time limit for reporting missing items in the UK is 30 days, and 60 days outside of the UK. Any parcels reported later cannot be entertained.

Please note we cannot add additional delivery instructions to your parcel. We advise that you either leave a note on your door for your postman, or if you are not available at the time of delivery, the postman will leave a card for you to arrange collection or re-delivery from your local sorting office.
