**We may dispatch your items separately - so you may receive an order as several packages delivered at different times. Please note Standard Delivery services are NOT guaranteed delivery times - please be aware that delivery times will vary and may be longer than expected. If you require goods for a specific date, we strongly recommend you select a Priority or Special Delivery method. In the event of a problem, for Standard deliveries we have to allow up to 10 working days for UK & Germany, 15 for most EU deliveries and 20-30 working days for other EU and Worldwide deliveries before we can consider a parcel to be missing and we can act upon it (see your countries quoted delivery timescales for details). Please be aware the maximum time limit for reporting missing items in the UK is 30 days, and 60 days outside of the UK. Any parcels reported later cannot be entertained.
Please note we cannot add additional delivery instructions to your parcel. We advise that you either leave a note on your door for your postman, or if you are not available at the time of delivery, the postman will leave a card for you to arrange collection or re-delivery from your local sorting office.
