All parcels over a value of £50 must be signed for, so please ensure there is someone available to receive parcels at the delivery address. We cannot offer refunds for postage on non-delivery.

**We may dispatch your items separately - so you may receive an order as several packages delivered at different times. Please note Standard Delivery services are NOT guaranteed delivery times - please be aware that delivery times will vary and may be longer than expected. If you require goods for a specific date, we strongly recommend you select a Priority or Special Delivery method. In the event of a problem, for Standard deliveries we have to allow up to 10 working days for UK delivery, and up to 15 working days for German, French, and all other EU destinations before we can consider a parcel to be missing and we can act upon it. Please be aware the maximum time limit for reporting missing items in the UK is 30 days, and 60 days outside of the UK. Any parcels reported later cannot be entertained.

Please note we cannot add additional delivery instructions to your parcel. We advise that you either leave a note on your door for your postman, or if you are not available at the time of delivery, the postman will leave a card for you to arrange collection or re-delivery from your local sorting office.

Bounced parcels - if your parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we will contact you. If you require us to resend the order then additional postage may be chargeable.

Amendments & cancellations - If you need to amend or cancel an order please contact us within 1 hour of placing the order via our contact form. Please select the option 'I need to amend my order'or 'I need to cancel my order' from the drop down menu. Unfortunately we are unable to amend goods contents on orders paid via Pay Pal. Sorry, we cannot guarantee requests for amendments or cancellations. We also cannot accept cancellations or amendments for orders with Special or Priority delivery.

Returns

What can you return?

You may return any unused items in a re-saleable condition for a refund or exchange within 28 days for UK orders and 40 days for European & Worldwide orders that are:

  • Unworn in original packaging
  • With tags attached
  • Tights or underwear must be in unopened packaging
  • CDs and DVDs must be in unopened packaging
  • Faulty items

    Please fill in the form on the invoice that was attached to your order with details of what you are returning and whether you would like to exchange or request a refund. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item of a different size or colour, post the items back to us and we will send an exchange to you free of charge. Please use the following table to indicate on the form a return code for each item being returned.

    *Please check the size of your items by trying them on. Many of our shoes are supplied in US or European sizes, which we convert to UK sizes. Therefore the UK size you have ordered may not match the number on the box!

    When returning items for refund or exchange it is your responsibility to return the goods to us at your cost unless there has been an error in your order. If you wish to return any items for refund you must inform us via email (to customer.services@moveonlineretail.com) within 7 days of receipt to be eligible for refund of your original postage cost. Refunds for original postage costs are not eligible on orders that have been partially returned. We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. You may be liable for recovery costs of goods not received once you have given your notice of cancellation.

    For orders with an error, please advise us via customer.services@moveonlineretail.com and we will issue a returns label or instructions on how to return.

    We request that you obtain proof of posting (either a Certificate of Posting or postage receipt). We cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels unless you have proof of posting. Items returned postage unpaid may not be delivered.

    Please allow 10 working days for UK orders and 15 days for European & Worldwide orders for your return to be received and processed. For refunds please allow an additional 3 days for money to be returned to your account. If you have sent your order back via a priority delivery service we are unable to prioritise the processing of these returns.

    If you have lost your original invoice, please send a note describing what you would like to return and exchange or refund. It is crucial that you include your order ID number on the letter. If you do not have an order ID please contact us in advance.

    Please note:

    Unfortunately we cannot accept requests for additional items (above the quantity of items on the original order) on returns. A new order should be placed on the website instead.

    Items returned without all original packaging & tags, upon processing your return an additional £2.00 re-packaging fee will be charged.

    Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returned underwear and tights in opened packaging or other items that are indicated as non-returnable on the product description.

    This does not affect your statutory rights.


    Pricing, Taxes & Duties

    UK - Prices are in GBP Sterling include VAT at 20% for adult clothing and VAT at 0% for child clothing.
    Germany - Prices are in EUROs and include 19% VAT.
    Europe (non Germany) - Prices are in EUROs and include VAT the UK rate above.
    Worldwide (non Europe) - Prices are in GBP and without VAT.

    Customers for all international orders (Non EU) are responsible for import duties that may be levied - please note you may be required to pay import duties for orders delivered to countries outside of the EU. Move Online Retail Ltd. is not responsible for these duties, and will not be able to calculate them. It is up to customers to ascertain whether they will be required to pay import duties and how much they will be.

    Information for our Swiss customers:

    Please note that customs duties may apply. These charges are not included in our prices and have to be paid by the recipient. Please also note that additional customs charges may apply when returning items for exchange. You may be entitled to claim back any duplicated customers duties - please contact your local post office, which can help you with your claim from Swiss customs. Please note that a service charge may be applied by Swiss customs. Please contact your local post or customs office for further information.

    Prices vary for different countries (including between countries inside the EU) to reflect different operational costs. Prices are calculated based upon the delivery address.

    Large Orders & Deposits

    For large orders where multiple items of the same type are required or are of a high value please contact us. You may be eligible for a discount if the total value of the order is above £200 or €350. We may require a non-returnable deposit for large orders, we will advise you of this before your order is placed.


    Availability

    We endeavour to keep our stock system as accurate as possible. There may be occasions where an item has gone out of stock in the time between you placing your order, and your order being processed. We do not ordinarily hold backorders*. If an item is out of stock at the time of processing your order, we reserve the right to cancel this item. We will refund your for the item(s) and dispatch the rest of your order. *Orders for item quantities of 3 or more of the same item will be put on backorder.
