4.1 How do you return items?
Please use the online returns process above to register your return before sending any items back to us. If you have created an account with us, you can access your order history and choose an order to register a return for.

Sending items back

If you want the same item you've received but in a different size, colour or style, please ship the unwanted item/s back to us and make a new purchase - we will refund any unwanted items to your original payment method*. If the item(/s) is faulty or we've completed your order incorrectly, contact Customer Services and we'll send you a replacement without you having to place a new order.

* Please note that we updated our returns process on December 12th 2018 to make returning items quicker and easier for you. We no longer offer an exchange process and instead ask that you follow our returns process to send items back and then place a new order. We will give you a free shipping code to save you from paying additional postage costs.

Using our subsidised returns postage service

In order to make it easier and cheaper to return items to Move Dance we can offer use of our subsidized returns service. For a small fee you can print a postage label and drop off your parcel at a convenient location to return it back to us. Full details will be set out during the returns registration process above including the subsidised fee. The fee will be deducted from any refund amounts due to you. Faulty and erroneous goods will be entitled to free returns postage in accordance with distance selling regulations.

If you cannot print the returns slip

Don't worry if you can't print out the returns form, just enclose your original order invoice inside your returned package along with a note telling us your order number, what you're returning and why:

4.3 What can you return?
We accept any items that you haven't worn and are in a re-saleable condition for a refund within 28 (UK) or 40 days (Europe and Worldwide) of receiving your order. If you send something back to us that does not meet our returns requirements, we will ship it back to you. You can return the following:

  • Items in their original packaging and with labels attached
  • Tights and underwear in original unopened packaging
  • CDs and DVDs in their original unopened packaging

4.4 What can you not return?
We cannot accept tights or underwear for a refund (unless faulty) if you have opened the packaging. If you're unsure whether your item is eligible to be returned, contact Customer Services or check the product description on our website. All custom made-to-order items cannot be returned or refunded.>

4.5 How long to process a return?
It takes us up to 10 business days (UK) or 15 (Europe and Worldwide) to process your return. Sending your items back to us on a priority shipping service does not mean that we will process it as a priority. If your items meet our returns requirements, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Paypal funds will be available immediately after processing your return.

This does not affect your rights.
